Parkour is a giant exercise for body and mind. It combines elements of gymnastics, running, urban and strength training in a sport centered around the fluid motion. These movements often result flips, spins and jumps around stationary objects.

Sean Ehrlich, a senior at Florida State who has been training for three years, said his practice is reminiscent of a martial art.

"He has a deep philosophy about yourself one better," he said. "There is a serious mental aspect to it. It's about moving your body as efficiently as possible, as nature intended.It is about overcoming obstacles and making even stronger.
