Mr. Levant said that no way could be a Christian Breivik and the caller then accused of being anti-Church and anti-Catholic. He said it was really a pagan Breivik, as was Hitler. Personally, I'm Catholic and I'm not sure what the guy said that Mr. Levant is called anti-Catholic, but it's a small point.

I myself have argued that Hitler was by no means a Catholic, even if it was raised as one, and only the observer could say that unfair Hitler behaved like a Christian - despite his self-description.
